Party A: Cream Pie Catering

Party B: Customer purchasing via the website www.creampiecatering.com

 

The two parties reach an agreement on Party B leases from Party A coffee equipment:

 

1.The coffee equipment in this agreement refers to:

- Instant Coffee Machines

- Bean to Cup Commercial Coffee Machines

- Commercial Espresso Machines

 

2. Coffee Machines are delivered and collected by the couriers of choice from Party A. Delivery/set up fee is charged at £75.00

 

3. Payment terms: Party B agrees to pay 100% of the amount via bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery. (£500 security deposit)

 

4. Coffee Machines are supplied with all their accessories (paper cups, sugar bags and stirrers).

 

5. Party A will service and maintain all the coffee equipment’s leased, to ensure all the coffee equipment are in good working condition during the contract period. However, Party B will have to pay for all cost for coffee equipment breakdown due to human negligence resulting the damage, breakdown and lost, excluding normal wear & tear.

 

6. Party A’s support department will provide standby service upon machine breakdowns (24 hours, 7 Days a week)

 

7. Party B must provide ID and proof of address.
