Card Payments Policy

Payment must be completed before products are dispatched. You will be notified by our payment service provider if your payment has been processed.

 

We will not accept any liability for your failure to follow their security processes or for any fraudulent transactions occurring. Fraudulent orders cannot be refunded if the order has already been dispatched. Fraudulent activities are out of our control as Fraud Prevention is the responsibility of your bank and of the secure payment portals.

Refund | Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any time up until the day of delivery. Refunds may not always be possible unless the goods are faulty.

 

If orders have been dispatched and then you cancel your delivery fee will not be refunded.

 

If you cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact us and we will arbitrate.

 

All approved refunds will take 7-14 working days to process.

 

Delivery Policy

After you order, we notify nearby drivers and attempt to find a driver who can deliver your items to you. By ordering, you agree that your personal details (including location and phone number) may be used for the purpose of sourcing nearby drivers. 

 

Customers agree to check the items which they receive and understand the mistakes cannot be rectified later.

 

Delivery ETA

Delivery times are estimates and NOT a guaranteed time of arrival. We always ensure to get your products to you as swiftly as possible.

 

In uncommon circumstances, if your delivery is late your delivery fee will not be refunded once your order has arrived.

 

During busy periods please ensure you allow extra time for your delivery. If orders have been dispatched and then you cancel your delivery fee will not be refunded.

 

Top Priority Delivery (Product)

Top Priority Delivery is only applicable to customers in NE1 | NE2 | NE4 | NE6 | NE8.

 

If you purchase our Top Priority Delivery for postal codes outside of the stated areas, then you will be entitled to a refund upon request.

 

If you purchase our Top Priority Delivery and your order arrives outside of the normal* timeframe, then you will be entitled to a refund upon request.

 

*Normal timeframes are communicated on your email receipt.

 

 

Nitrous Oxide Policy

Our products include an extensive range of whipped cream making equipment, including cream chargers that contain potentially lethal Nitrous Oxide (N2O) gas.  With the introduction of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016, we are legally required to carry out due diligence checks to ensure these products don’t fall into the hands of those who may intend to abuse or misuse them. All Nitrous Oxide products for sale on this website are for use in the preparation of food and beverages only. We retain the right to refuse to sell to anyone we suspect may have the intention of misusing our products.

 

We have a number of measures in place to prevent misuse of our N2O products:

 

• All customers must be over the age of 18 to purchase any of our Nitrous Oxide products. All customers will be required to provide a form of ID proving this. We accept the following: 

  • Driving License

  • Passport

  • Biometric Residency Card

  • Citizen Card (PASS hologram)

  • Military ID Card

.

• All customers will be required to provide a statement of intended usage which will be manually checked.

 

• All customers must agree to our Declaration of Use to confirm that they: understand the risks associated with N2O misuse and guarantee that our products will only be used for food/beverage preparation and not be misused in any way.

 

• Upon delivery you will be required to sign our Declaration of Use Policy, furthermore our couriers will only deliver to the named purchaser. ID will be required for all deliveries for all customers.

 

• If we believe you are purchasing cream chargers for the purpose of misuse, we will refuse the sale, in which case we will store your details in our secure customer database, and you will not be able to purchase from us again in the future.

 

• We operate a KYC (Know Your Customers) Policy. We may conduct due diligence on checks prior to dispatch.

 

• We do NOT ship orders to University halls of residence, colleges, schools or hospitals.

Please note: If your order is cancelled prior to dispatch because you can’t or won’t meet any of the above conditions, your order will be refunded minus a £5.50 admin fee to cover the time and costs involved with manually checking and refunding your order.

You confirm that you are aware of the HAZARDOUS nature of Nitrous Oxide and will not interfere with the packaging to obscure safety information and will take all necessary measures with regards to storage and transportation of the cartridges. The cartridges will NEVER be put aboard an aircraft, heated in any way or pierced with anything other than a cream whipper.

Soda Syphons and CO2 Policy

 

Disposable Carbon Dioxide cartridges for beer and soda carbonation. Filled with natural carbon dioxide, they have many uses from carbonating to pressurising. CO2 or Carbon Dioxide is an odorless, colorless, non-inflammable gas with a light sour taste, it does not contain any minerals, salts or other solid ingredients.

 

All customers must be over the age of 18 to purchase any of our Soda Syphons and CO2 products. All customers will be required to provide a form of ID proving this.

Coffee Machine Rental Policy

Party A: Cream Pie Catering

Party B: Customer purchasing via the website www.creampiecatering.com

 

The two parties reach an agreement on Party B leases from Party A coffee equipment:

 

1.The coffee equipment in this agreement refers to:

- Instant Coffee Machines

- Bean to Cup Commercial Coffee Machines

- Commercial Espresso Machines

 

2. Coffee Machines are delivered and collected by the couriers of choice from Party A. Delivery/set up fee is charged at £75.00

 

3. Payment terms: Party B agrees to pay 100% of the amount via bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery. (£500 security deposit)

 

4. Coffee Machines are supplied with all their accessories (paper cups, sugar bags and stirrers).

 

5. Party A will service and maintain all the coffee equipment’s leased, to ensure all the coffee equipment are in good working condition during the contract period. However, Party B will have to pay for all cost for coffee equipment breakdown due to human negligence resulting the damage, breakdown and lost, excluding normal wear & tear.

 

6. Party A’s support department will provide standby service upon machine breakdowns (24 hours, 7 Days a week)

 

7. Party B must provide ID and proof of address.
